The good news at the gas pump continues this week.  It's a nice break for summer drivers.  The average price of a gallon of gas has slipped again -- down six cent a gallon in the past two weeks. According to the Lundberg Survey, the nationwide average for a gallon of regular is now at $3.52.  In Virginia Beach, the average price is even better, coming in 20 cents cheaper, at $3.32 a gallon for regular.

Volkswagen is recalling more than 150,000 Tiguan SUVs for a defect that can lead to stalling. The model years that are affected are 2009 to 2014.  In order to fix the problem, a software upgrade will be done to boost fuel pump pressure. So far, no crashes or injuries have been reported because of the defect.

This may not be news that frequent fliers want to hear, but it turns out not all passengers on the same flight pay the same for their seats.
In fact, a new study found that some passengers are paying as much as eight times more than others! How much the price will vary depends on the airline and the destination.

Get ready.  Sirii could soon be coming to your computer.  A new patent filed by Apple shows a voice-activated assistant, similar to the one found on the iPhone and iPad, that would run on Macs.
