There seems to be some conflicting news when it comes to air travel. Federal statistics show airline delays and cancellations are down in the past dozen years, but a government watchdog says those numbers aren't accurate because the department of transportation is only looking at the sixteen biggest airlines and they only handle three-quarters of all domestic flights.
