If you've got Amazon Prime get ready to pay more.  The annual fee for the popular service is going up by 25 percent.  Starting next week, instead of $79 for free two-day shipping and video streaming services, you will now pay $99 a year.  The new fee will go into effect on the renewal date of existing customers.  New customers still have a few days to get in on the $79 price.

Something else that's going up is the price of gas.  You've probably already noticed this at the pump.  The national average price for a gallon of gas has jumped above $3.50 for the first time since mid-September.
