NORFOLK (May 25, 2013) Lt. Shannon Petersen, son of Chief Electrician's Mate Daniel Petersen of USS Scorpion (SSN 589), raises his hand as Rear Adm. Richard Breckenridge, director, Undersea Warfare Division (N97) administers the officer's oath and promotes him to the rank of lieutenant commander. Lt.
