USS Bataan ARG celebrates Thanksgiving

Gulf of Aden (Nov. 24, 2011) Marines with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit attached to the multipurpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) enjoy a Thanksgiving Day meal on the mess decks Nov. 24. Bataan is the command ship of Bataan Amphibious Ready Group conducting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
