USS Bataan ARG celebrates Thanksgiving

Gulf of Aden (Nov. 24, 2011) Logistics Specialist 1st Class(SW/AW) Marlemne Delacruz, a native of Bronx, N.Y., slices lettuce in the galley aboard multipurpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) in preparation for the crew’s Thanksgiving Day Meal Nov. 24. Bataan is the command ship of Bataan Amphibious Ready Group conducting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
