VIRGINIA BEACH--The Navy Legal Team and many other agencies like State Farm and State Police are helping with relief efforts.  Residents of the complex and surrounding homes in Virginia Beach gathered at the Police Training Center Saturday looking for help.  Navy officials set up the center to assist with long term and short term relief.

"They said that we could get, they would pay fourteen days for us to live at a hotel, give us food and two hundred dollars each for the people who lived there for clothing," Said resident Tiffany Beall.

Residents say every little bit helps.
