NORFOLK --  85 civil service mariners and military personnel aboard USNS Leroy Grumman are home from seven months overseas.

The crew of the fleet replenishment oiler left Norfolk on March 10.

During deployment, the crew delivered nearly 14-million gallons of fuel and nearly 1,000 pallets of cargo to U.S. forces and international partners in the Fifth and Sixth fleet areas.

The ship, part of the Military Sealift Command, also took part in anti-piracy operations.
