120820-N-YF306-508 GULF OF ADEN (Aug. 20, 2012) Medical and rescue personnel assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) assist in airlifting an injured crew member from the Panamanian-flagged bulk carrier M/V Belde. The crew member was transported by an SH-60B Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light (HSL) 42, Det. 8, to a hospital in Oman. Winston S. Churchill is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 150, conducting counter-terrorism and maritime security operations in the Gulf of Aden, Gulf of Oman, Arabian Sea, Red Sea and Indian Ocean.
