ABOARD USS ENTERPRISE- The Strait of Hormuz is an important thoroughfare for much of the world's oil.
A multi-national naval exercise is taking place in the Persian Gulf with a clear message - keep the area open for shipping and oil.
Taking part is the Norfolk-based USS Enterprise, which is on her final deployment.
Her inactivation ceremony is set for December 1 at Naval Station Norfolk.
