LANGLEY AFB- 200 Airmen of the 94th Fighter Squadron will be welcomed home to Langley Air Force Base from a four month deployment on Friday. The squad was deployed  Kadena Air Base in Japan.

While on deployment, the 94th (known as the "Hat in the Ring" gang) was assigned to U.S. Pacific command as part of the unit's Theater Security Package rotation. The unit, using F-22 raptor fighters, worked with both U.S. and Japanese forces while deployed.

The 94th Fighter Squadron is the second oldest fighter squadron in history.
