NORFOLK -- Tuesday's election could be decided by few voters.

The State Board of Elections reports that tomorrow's election may bring in only 30 percent of registered voters.

13News Now received mixed opinions on the election Monday. Some voters said they weren't moved by any of the candidates, so they won't vote.

Norfolk voter Tiffani Patterson isn't one of those people.

"I don't think people understand how important this. If you are going to vote, you find that person who isn't and you bring them to the polls," Patterson said.

Voter turnout reached 75 percent during the last presidential election in Virginia.
