Vandals graffiti buildings in Green Run
01:40 PM EST on Friday, March 31, 2006
Someone painted graffiti on buildings in the Green Run section of Va. Beach overnight. Police took reports and photographs of vandalisms in the 200 and 3300 blocks of Green Garden Circle. The vandals painted one exterior wall of Green Run Elementary, school officials confirmed. By late morning, the graffiti had been removed. According to police, an apartment building also was marked with graffiti as was the Green Run clubhouse. "The symbols/letters will be reviewed as would any other graffiti we would find," said police spokeswoman Margie Long. If you know anything about this graffit vandalism, call Crime Solvers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
