One of the three teens who police say were threatened by Marcus Vick talked about what happened.

The 19-year-old was with two friends, including a 17-year-old, on Sunday night at a McDonald's.

The man, who didn’t want to be identified, said Vick pointed a gun at them in the parking lot after he spoke to a woman in the restaurant.

“His girlfriend had walked in there and I had spoke to her.  I said ‘How you doing?’ and she left and she had told her boyfriend that someone had called her b******,” the teen said.

Craig Civale talks with a 19-year-old who says Marcus Vick pulled a gun in the parking lot.

That boyfriend, he says, was Marcus Vick, who was waiting in the car when he and his friends came out.

“He got out of the car and then he waved his gun and said, ‘Which one of ya’ll called my girl a b*******?”

The teen said he and his friends were afraid and stood stunned.  Then one of them realized who they were looking at.

“He (the friend) was like ‘Marcus Vick’ and then he (Vick) hopped in his car and he left.  He hopped in the car as soon as we called his name.”

Vick was due in court Thursday on charges of brandishing a firearm, but his attorney called the court on Wednesday to say they wanted a trial date set. It's now set for March 13.

He's due in Hampton Traffic Court later in March on charges of speeding and driving on a suspended license. It was originally set for January 17.
