UPDATE: 1:15pm: Dominion Power says the repairs have been completed.

NEWPORT NEWS-Some elementary students in Newport News are spending the day in high school.

There's a blown fuse at Greenwood Elementary School, so until power is restored, students and staff were moved to Woodside High School and would have lunch there.

School officials say a Dominion Power crew is working to fix the problem.

"A phone message was sent to all Greenwood parents to inform them of the outage and move to Woodside. Another notification will be sent when the power is restored and the students have returned to Greenwood," spokeswoman Michelle Price told WVEC.com.
