CHESAPEAKE - Get fit and help raise money for breast cancer research.
The 2012 Hampton Roads Party in Pink Zumbathon Fundraiser for Susan G Komen Foundation is Saturday, October 6 at the Boo Williams Sportsplex, 5 Armistead Pointe Parkway, in Hampton from noon to 2:30pm.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness program/dance and 45 instructors and more than 400 people will Zumba to the with music of live reggae band the United Souls.
"We're changing people's lives. We're having a big impact on all the women who've been affected by this horrible disease," said instructor Alexis Perkins.
