YORK COUNTY -- A York County man is facing child pornography charges.
Investigators with the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s office arrested Michael A. Pravatt, 25, at his home in Yorktown after getting information from an "outside law enforcement agency" about online incidents, according to Deputy First Class Mike Russell.
Pravatt is being held in the Va. Peninsula Regional Jail on two felony counts of possession of child pornography and two felony counts of possessing child pornography with intent to distribute.
The investigation is ongoing, Russell added.
