With work completed, Williamsburg road reopens

WILLIAMSBURG -- Residents of two Williamsburg apartment complexes are happy that roadwork is done so they don't have to detour.
A stretch of Merrimac Trail has been closed since December for a drainage construction project. But the November Nor'easter caused damage to the road, which needed to be fixed.
The work was supposed to be completed at the end of January, but bad weather delayed that deadline.
