Virginia Beach Police search for serial robbery suspect

VIRGINIA BEACH -- Police are looking for a suspect they believe is responsible for several recent robberies in Virginia Beach.

On Wednesday, they say the suspect was armed with a knife and robbed Hardee’s located at 701 Independence Blvd.

Police say these are the locations to be attributed to the suspect:

June 12, 2014 7-Eleven 696 Aragona Blvd 12:27 a.m.

June 12, 2014 Arbys 4800 Virginia Beach Blvd 8:28 p.m.

June 13, 2014 Arbys 1720 General Booth Blvd 5:52 p.m.

June 13, 2014 Hardees 2248 Virginia Beach Blvd 10 p.m. 

June 18, 2014 Hardees 701 Independence Blvd 9:41 p.m.

Police describe the suspect as a black male, 25 to 40 years old, 6’1” to 6’3” tall, 180 pounds, skinny build, wearing a grayish-white t-shirt, black baseball cap with a white logo on the front, blue and white bandanna, light blue stonewashed jeans and black boots.

Police warn that the suspect is armed and dangerous.
