YORK COUNTY -- Thieves rummaged through more than a half dozen vehicles in a York County neighborhood.

People in the Coopers Landing neighborhood found items missing from their cars and trucks Tuesday, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office Facebook page.

The thieves hit five cars on Lynns Way and took an iPod and a Go-Pro camera; a satellite radio was taken from a car on Palmer Court and a truck on the street had been rummaged through but nothing taken, according to authorities.

The Sheriff's Office says the targeted vehicles were unlocked.
