Three kids left home alone, robbed in Norfolk

NORFOLK -- Norfolk Police are looking for two suspects who broke into and robbed a home where three children were left alone in Norfolk. 

The incident happened in the 1000 block of Louisa Street around 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. 

Police say the three children an 8-year-old boy, 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl were home alone when two men forced their way into the residence.  The victims were sent into a back room while the suspects took items from the residence. 

The first suspect is described as a black male, light complexion, thin build, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and a red and white scarf over his face. 

The second suspect is described as a black male, dark complexion, wearing a blue and black shirt, with a blue baseball cap and armed with a handgun. 

The suspects fled in an unknown direction after the incident and no one was injured.
