YORKTOWN -- Someone stole a purse at the beachfront in Yorktown and it contained a $6000 insulin pump.
Investigators were called Friday evening to Yorktown Beach.
According to Sgt. Dennis Ivey, the purse was under some clothing near the pier. When the owner returned to gather her things, the purse was gone. It contained electronic items and a Mini-Med Paragon automatic insulin pump.
