NORFOLK -- One person was wounded when shots were fired outside a Norfolk club early Friday.
Police spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson told WVEC.com a fight broke out inside the Velvet Lounge and then spilled out onto Granby Street around 1:30 a.m.
Medics treated the person who was grazed by a bullet.
