VIRGINIA BEACH -- Police are trying to find the person who killed a Va. Beach teenager Wednesday night. Joseph Michael Williams Jr., 18, was found along the street in the 1500 block of Old Virginia Beach Road. He was unconscious when authorities arrifved around 9:00 p.m., he was pronounced dead at the hospital at 9:19 p.m. He lived on Elizabeth Court. The investigation continues.
