PORTSMOUTH -- Portsmouth will celebrate IC Norcom's state basketball championionship.
A victory parade will be held at 10:00 a.m., starting at the school and ending in the stadium.
The Greyhounds went up against Petersburg, which had a perfect season until going up against Norcom.
Last Friday's win gave the boys team the Group AAA State Basketball Championship.
