SUFFOLK- A power outage left a many Suffolk homes, schools and businesses without power Friday morning.

The outage was along the Route 58, Route 10 and Route 460 corridors.

A Dominion Power official said power was restored in about an hour.

They’re working to determine what caused the outage, saying it could be related to a problem at a substation on Kings Fork Road.
