VIRGINIA BEACH -- Police in Virginia Beach are asking for help in identifying any possible victims of a 68 year-old man arrested in March for sexually assaulting a young girl.

According to a news release, the Virginia Beach Police Department’s Special Victims Unit received a report of a sexual assault On March 12. Investigators determined that the suspect, a man known to the victim’s family and identified as Patrick Napolitano, age 68, of the 2700 block of Orleans Way in Virginia Beach, had sexually assaulted the young girl between July 2006 and July 2007.

Napolitano was was subsequently arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery and Indecent Liberties.He remains in custody in the Virginia Beach Correctional Facility.

Investigators say they are attempting to identify any other victims who may have had any involvement with Napolitano. Anyone with information is asked to call the Virginia Beach Detective Bureau at (757) 385-4101.
