VIRGINIA BEACH  -- Police are looking for the suspect they say robbed two Virginia Beach convenience stores in the early morning hours on January 18.

Police say the suspect robbed a 7-Eleven on 22nd Street and another on Bonney Road between 6 and 7 a.m.

According to police, the suspect implied he had a weapon in both robberies.

A vehicle seen leaving the crime is described as a deep-blue, late-model Ford Mustang with partial VA tag of WRS or WR5 and a loud exhaust. He was last seen driving east on Bonney Road. The Mustang may have a black louver on the rear window and dark colored rims, possibly black or gray. The driver of the Mustang is described as a white male.

The suspect in surveillance photos is described as a white male possibly in his 20s, medium build and average height.  The knit hat he is wearing has a distinct skull.
