Indecent exposure incidents
VIRGINIA BEACH -- Police say a man exposed himself or made sexual gestures at a Va. Beach shopping center.
Kevin J. McClanahan, 50, is charged for incidents on January 6, January 10 and January 23 at London Bridge Shopping Center on Va. Beach Blvd.
McClanahan was in his vehicle between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on those days, police said, pleasuring himself, sometimes in view of women and children.
Police say he was caught after a 15-year-old alerted her mother and she wrote down the vehicle's license plate.
McClanahan was granted bond on three counts of Indecent Exposure and two counts of Obscene Sexual Display in Public.
He's due in court on March , according to online court records.
