VIRGINIA BEACH -- A judge denied bond Tuesday for a woman charged with DUI and killing a man walking across the street.
Natasha Herzog, 29, was charged with manslaughter in the death of Hunter Richardson, 23, of Suffolk.
Richardson and another person were walking from Town Center in Va. Beach in late November when they were struck by an SUV.
Richardson died of his injuries soon after.
Herzog remains in jail on charges of DUI, refusal to take a breath test, manslaughter and maiming.
She's due in court again on January 14, 2010.
