Newport News shooting
NEWPORT NEWS -- Police have identified a second suspect in a shooting earlier this month.
Quamme West, 20, is accused in the wounding of a man in front of Newport News Market at 23rd and Chestnut Avenue on November 19.
The next day, a 16-year-old boy was arrested in the case.
The victim is out of the hospital and still recovering, according to police.
