7/23 UPDATE: Christopher Allen Williams, 28, of Suffolk, is charged with one count of Robbery, one count of Abduction, one count of Burglary While Armed and two counts of Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony in connection with the TitleMax robbery.
He faces charges in Chesapeake on four TitleMax incidents:  April 2 at 1128 Battlefield Blvd. N; April 22 at 2947 S. Military Hwy.; July 5 at 4416 Portsmouth Blvd. and July 15 at 2007 S. Military Hwy., police told WVEC.com.

HAMPTON --  Police are looking for a suspect who stole stole cash from a Hampton business Friday morning.

According to police, a man entered TitleMax in the 3000 block of West Mercury Boulevard around 9 :30 a.m. and demanded cash.

The man ran toward Butternut Road with cash.

Nobody was injured.

The suspect is described as a tall, black male with a thin build. He was wearing a black hat, gold aviator sunglasses, black sweatshirt with lettering on the back, dark jeans and work boots.
