Hampton shooting
HAMPTON - A 21-year-old Hampton man is charged with a shooting on Monday afternoon.
Police arrested Tyrell Jordan after stopping his car on Old Buckroe Road and Buckroe Avenue.
They say witnesses to the shooting on Woodmansee Drive gave a description that matched Jordan's car.
According to Sgt. Jason Price, Jordan fired multiple shots around 3:40 p.m. No one was struck and no property was damaged, he stated. The motive for the shooting wasn't revealed.
Jordan faces a charge of discharging a firearm.
