YORK CO.--The wrongful death lawsuit against two current and one former York County school officials was dismissed Friday.

A jury said that 16-year-old Christian Taylor, who was found hanging in his bedroom closet in May 2010, did not kill himself because of "irresistible impulse" to do so.

The judge ruled his suicide was a crime and the case against Grafton High School administrators is nullified.  He found they are not responsible for his death.

Taylor's mother, Alice Williams, filed the lawsuit in July 2010 and claimed the administrators failed to stop the bullying she said led to his suicide.
