NAGS HEAD, NC -- Storm surge from Hurricane Arthur has overrun part of Highway 64 in Nags Head, according to 13News Now's Carl Leimer.
The US 64 bridge between Nags Head and Manteo is now closed due to flooding. North Carolina Department of Transportation officials report that there is significant flooding in the Manteo area.
