VIRGINIA BEACH - They say working out will give you a healthy glow.
On Saturday night, you'll get a different kind of glow as Xtreme Performance Training hosts a Glow in the Dark Charity Workout.
All proceeds will go to The End of Watch Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization founded by Hampton Roads police officers and sheriff's deputies to promote awareness, prevention, education and support regarding law enforcement suicides and line of duty deaths.
It's Saturday, July 27 at 9:00 p.m.
Registration for the all-fitness-levels workout is $20, and the event will feature one of the training facility’s signature interactive workouts along with heart-pumping music, crazy lights and glow sticks. Following the workout, Xtreme Performance Training will also hold an after party with fun activities such as “Best Glow in the Dark Costume” and more.
