VIRGINIA BEACH -- Dozens of residents in Virginia Beach woke up to flat tires Monday morning and an unexpected trip to the auto shop.

Cars parked on Olympic Road in the Lake Placid Community seemed to be specifically targeted.

"I got up, had my coffee, looked at my car and noticed something didn't look right," Jasper Home said.

Residents say nearly 25 cars were targeted, costing the owners hundreds of dollars. Some ended up with multiple flat tires.

"Two of them was about $180," Tom Nyman said.

Officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department were investigating.  At this time, no suspects or motives are known.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
