What is it? a liquid detailer that works on the interior and exterior leather, vinyl and plastic on your car or truck
What does it claim? to just wipe on to restore your car to showroom new! Detail Doctor also promises immediate results that last for months.
Who tested it? Virginia Beach firefighter Stan Szmankski
What Are The Instructions? The first thing you need to do is shake it well before you use it. The surface you're going to clean also has to be clean, dry and cool to the touch. Once all that is set, apply a small amount of Detail Doctor to a dry, lint-free cloth or a foam applicator pad. Then apply the product using circular motions. For best results, do not apply in direct sunlight and remove excess with a lint- free microfiber towel. If you need a second coat, wait 2 to 3 hours before applying it.
Did it work? Szmankski thought it was great. He noticed a difference right away. He was also impressed with how little was needed to get the job done. To do his whole truck, he only used about a fourth of the bottle.
Cost/Availability? You can purchase an 8-ounce bottle of Detail Doctor at Walmart for $14.88.
You should wear eye and skin protection and while it is non-toxic and won't harm your skin you should still avoid prolonged contact with your skin. Also be sure to keep it out of the reach of children.
