CHARLOTTESVILLE -- An electronic device containing medical and personal information is missing from the UVA Medical Center.

The device, used by pharmacists, went missing around October 5th.

Hospital officials say they don't think the information on the device has been accessed, but the security leak could affect patients who used some of the hospital's home health services.
