MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- As Norfolk Police and the Internal Revenue Service investigate the Mo Money tax offices for possible fraud, there's more trouble for the company in Memphis, Tennessee.

Boxes of customer files containing their personal information were found in a dumpster.

The company CEO says the landlord tossed the boxes of papers, not his workers or anything with his company.

The IRS says the matter has been turned over to the Treasury inspector for an investigation.

Last month, hundreds of customers at the six Norfolk Mo Money offices were upset when they didn't receive their tax refunds as promised.

Those offices have been closed.
