CHESAPEAKE -- A Chesapeake couple is accused of selling alcohol from their mobile home.
Trinidad Gomez-Diaz, 42, and Jorge Sanchez-Guzman, 40, were arrested Friday at the park at 3732 South Military Highway.
Their home was searched by Chesapeake police and agents with the va. Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control and Immigration Customs Enforcement Agents.
Authorities said they seized 25 cases of beer, packages of cigarettes, marijuana, fake IDs and more than $600 in cash.
Chesapeake Police charges:
Possession of cigarettes with intent to distribute or sell
Possession of false identity
Possession with intent to distribute-marijuana (misdemeanor)--Sanchez-Guzman only
Alcohol Beverage Control charges:
Selling alcohol beverage without a license
Maintain a common nuisance
