VIRGINIA BEACH -- Rich Guillory of Virginia Beach questions the security of the Affordable Care Act website, healthcare.gov.

Guillory signed up for a plan through the website on the marketplace. Just one day later, he started getting phone calls from someone asking if he needed help finding a plan.

It turns out the calls, which were from a Virginia Beach number, were bogus and from someone seemingly searching for personal information.

Now, Guillory wonders if the website was hacked.

"Has to be. There's no other way for those people to have known that I was looking for insurance," says Guillory.

13 News Now takes Guillory's concerns to a cyber-security expert and Health and Human Services.

See what we found out, Tuesday at 6 p.m.
