Gunfire at Chesapeake apartment complex, two arrested

UPDATE 12/5:  Robert Doyon was arrested at a home in Virginia Beach without incident Wednesday.

CHESAPEAKE-Police say a fight led to shooting at a Chesapeake apartment complex.

Authorities were called to the 1600 block of Mitchum Way around 1:20 a.m. Police say one person left during the argument inside the home and returned. The disagreement moved outdoors and two people pulled guns and opened fire. While the building was struck, neither person was, said police spokeswoman Kelly O'Sullivan.

The two live at the complex.

19-year-old Kemanni MacGallister stayed at the scene. He was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding, possession of a concealed weapon and discharging a firearm in public.

Police are looking for 19-year-old Robert Doyon on charges of shooting into an occupied dwelling and attempted malicious wounding.
