VIRGINIA BEACH -- At least nine homes in one Va. Beach area have been burglarized.

Police say some of the victims in the Lakes section left their doors and/or windows unlocked, making it easier for burglars to strike.

The crimes have occurred in January and February, most between 6:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. when people are gone, and police want to find those responsible.

If you can help, call Crime Solvers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
