Va hunter's body found in wooded area

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (AP) — Police are investigating the death of a hunter whose body was found in a wooded area in Chesterfield County.

Lt. Matt Botset says the body of 52-year-old Carl Walls Sr. was found at about 3 a.m. Thursday on private property off River Road. Family members had reported Walls missing Wednesday night.

Botset says there was no obvious trauma and police don't suspect foul play.
