JAMES CITY — Police are investigating a report that a 12-year-old boy was sexually assaulted multiple times by three pre-teen girls over the past two years.
According to James City Police spokeswoman Stephanie Williams-Ortery, the boy reported that three girls he knows, all between the ages of 10 and 12, had sexually assaulted him outside, near where all four children live.
Williams-Ortery told 13News Now the girls initially asked the boy to pull his pants down, which he did. She said he reported that at least seven times over the past two years when he complied with pulling his pants down or the girls pulled his pants down, the girls touched his privates.
Williams-Ortery said the boy also stated that two of the girls attempted to have him touch them in a sexual manner.
