NORFOLK -- There's a new smartphone application that could give drunk drivers an edge over police.

The Oh Crap App! tells drivers what to say to an officer when being pulled over. There's a section on basic legal rights and you can even press a button to contact an on-call lawyer.

A team of attorneys in Iowa created the app as a way to educate drivers, but is it doing more harm than good?

Monday at 11 p.m., 13News Now breaks down the controversy surrounding the app to find out if it's preventing or promoting drunk driving.
