  CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. (AP) — A civilian psychiatrist says Marines treated at Camp Lejeune had to undergo treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder for nearly two years in temporary trailers where servicemen could hear bomb blasts, war cries and machine-gun fire.
