"Yesterday, my wife and I decided to check out the wave action at the Va Beach Oceanfront, at appoximately 9th street, to see how bad this weather event could be. The waves had begun. Additoinally, we found that a lot of folks, despite the possible disaster looming, had a sense of humor about it, as evidenced by some of the 'postings' on their boarded up windows.
