What is it? A new trend in hair fashion, an easy to use feather hair extension.

What does it claim? You'll no longer have to head to the salon to pay a lot of money to have permanent feathers put in your hair.

Who tested it? Two fashionable girls, 8-year old Leah Burkhart and 9-year old Claire Ferguson.

What Are The Instructions? It's a pretty simple process.  All you have to do is lift the section of hair where you want to put the Snap-On Feather.  Then just slide the special clip underneath that section of hair.  Now all you have to do is lift the ends of the clip up to snap and secure them in place.  Put the section of hair you lifted over top of the Snap-On Feather to hide the string.  The feather part of your Snap-On Feather will peek out from underneath your hair to give you the fashionable look.

Did it work? Our testers really liked them.  They did have a little difficulty trying to figure out how to put them in at first.  They found that it was especially difficult to do it by themselves.  But together, they figured it out.  They say they plan to wear their Snap-On Feathers whenever they get the chance.

Cost/Availability? You can purchase package of two Snap-On Feathers for $9.88 at area Wal-Mart stores.
